Don Bennett

Don received his education at Fresno State College in Fresno, California. Beginning in 1960, and lasting through 1972, Don was self-employed in farming operations in Eloy and Harquahala Valley, Arizona.

In 1971 he became a partner with Shamrock Realty & Investment Company, Phoenix, Arizona. While there, he represented agricultural land sales and became involved in the development of medical office buildings in the Phoenix area.

In 1972, Don became the founder and owner/designated broker for Tres Realty, Inc., in Goodyear, Arizona. There, he was involved with the sales of commercial, industrial, residential properties, farms and ranches, as well as development of commercial and industrial projects.

In 1996, Don founded Don Bennett & Associates, Inc., in Goodyear, Arizona, and sold the residential division and the "Tres" name of Tres Realty, Inc. He formed this company to concentrate on continuing brokerage and development of commercial, industrial, acreages, farms and ranches.

From 1997 to present, Don acquired Sunrise Holdings, an LLC Development Company. Current projects include, but not limited to, 115th Avenue and Van Buren in Avondale, Arizona; Primrose Estates Phase I and II in Buckeye, Arizona; and Airport Property Management, LLC (formerly owned by Lockheed Martin).
